Central bank says Revolut needs license to operate in Ukraine

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) said on Thursday that Revolut needs a license to operate in Ukraine after the UK-based fintech said earlier this month it had launched services in the country.

Ukraine's central bank said that Revoult is providing services to Ukraine's residents through Lithuania-based Revolut Bank UAB which has a license to operate in European Union countries.
