Ukraine has received offers from several investors to take part in funding the completion of power units 3 and 4 at the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant (NPP) in exchange for ownership in the project, Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko said.
Galushchenko said at a briefing in Ukraine's parliament that the government hasn't so far considered involving third parties in the project, but noted there are many such requests "including from large companies from neighboring states."
