UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said on Sunday that the UK, France, and other allies have agreed to work with Ukraine on a "plan to stop the fighting," which will then be discussed with the US, and "take it forward together."
"We are at a crossroads in history today. This is not a moment for more talk – it is time to act, time to step up and lead, and to unite around a new plan for a just and enduring peace," Starmer said at a press conference following a summit with mostly European leaders in London.
