Second phase of Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine gets $190 million in commitments

Canada, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK have committed a combined $190 million through 2027 for the second phase of the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU), according to the fund and Ukraine's government.
