Naftogaz secures approval in French court to enforce $5 billion arbitration award against Russia

Naftogaz and its five affiliated companies have achieved a major legal milestone in their global enforcement campaign, as the Paris Judicial Court has recognized and granted leave to enforce a $5 billion arbitral award issued in The Hague against Russia, according to a company press release.
