Luxembourg's Foreign Ministry said it has provided 110 humanitarian demining kits to Ukraine and announced €8 million in funding for the country's energy sector over the next two years.
The demining kits, worth €1 million, will be sent to Ukraine through the European Civil Protection Mechanism, with transport costs covered by the European Commission.
