Korea's Posco International plans to build $106 million RDF-fueled CHP plant in Odesa

South Korea's Posco International plans to build a $106 million combined heat and power (CHP) plant in Ukraine's port city of Odesa, which will run on refuse derived fuel (RDF), Ukraine's Ministry of Communities and Territories Development said on Wednesday.
