The International Monetary Fund (IMF) will meet with Ukrainian officials next week to review the country’s budget outlook and consider disbursing an additional $1.1 billion from their loan agreement, Bloomberg reported, citing unnamed sources.

The IMF team will visit for about a week starting Sept 4 to review the lender's $15.6 billion aid program, the sources said. Before the visit, IMF staff will update the fund’s executive board on Ukraine’s loan status in an informal meeting, one of the sources said.
