Horizon Capital, one of the largest private equity firms in Ukraine, is considering creating a fund that would invest in Ukrainian companies along with large foreign investors who need local expertise, the firm's CEO Lenna Koszarny said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

A large foreign investor "needs a partner because he doesn't know the country, he doesn't have any contacts here," she said. "We have our own capital to invest together with large investors so that they feel comfortable entering the Ukrainian market. I think this is a normal strategy."
