The European Commission (EC) has proposed a new support package for Ukraine to strengthen its energy system and facilitate full integration into the European energy market as well as accelerate domestic renewable power production.
The package, whose financial details have not been disclosed, includes Ukraine's electricity market integration with the EU by spring 2027, and further integration in the EU gas sector.
