EBRD mulls €180 million loan to Ukrainian Railways for 270 MW of power capacity

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is considering providing a €180 million sovereign guaranteed loan to Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia) for the installation of up to 270 MW of small-scale gas-fired power generation capacity.
