The Supreme Court of the Kingdom of the Netherlands dismissed Russia's appeal seeking to overturn a partial award granted by the Hague arbitration court to Ukraine's state-owned oil and gas company, Naftogaz, regarding compensation for damages caused by Russia's seizure of Naftogaz assets in Crimea in 2014.
