Dragon Capital, one of Ukraine's most prominent investment firms, has sold the Omega-1 Logistics warehouse complex in the Kyiv area to EVA retail chain owner RUSH, the investment firm said.
The firms didn't disclose the transaction price of the 19,119 sqm warehouse in the city of Brovary, part of the metropolitan Kyiv area. Dragon had acquired the warehouse complex in 2017, according to a press release.
