77% of Ukrainians support decentralization, survey finds

77% of Ukrainians support post-war local self-government reform and decentralization in the country to enhance local competencies, resources and accountability, while only 16% view the reform as unnecessary, an opinion poll commissioned by the Council of Europe (CoE) found.
